A dozen of our yummy, healthy lactation cookies: a great quick snack when you are feeding, and may help to increase your milk supply! Enjoy them after your milk has come in as a morning tea or afternoon tea snack (see our meal plan for breast-feeding mums). They contain galactagogue ingredients traditionally associated with improving milk supply, including brewer's yeast, anise, quinoa and oats. We've also added just a smidgen of dark chocolate which gives them a little antioxidant boost and makes them feel like they are deliciously decadent!

"I recently tried the lactation cookies and wanted to share my feedback. Firstly, they were super yummy! A really great snack for the middle of the night feed when I was peckish and craving something sweet. I'm normally a bit of a fussy eater, but I loved both the texture and the flavour. Secondly, they really work! I'm a new mum and, like all new mums, I worried I didn't have enough milk for my new bubba… After trying the cookies I've easily managed to pump 150ml and he is now super happy and content after a feed. Definitely recommend them :) "
